i know i cannot function properly around mess. not that i am a neat freak, but when i have to step around the piles of clothes, mail, magazines and papers and my sink is full of dishes (and i don’t eat at home too often these days) things have gotten out of control. so after spending a few hours throwing 2 garbage bags of rubbish out, doing a gazillion loads of washing and putting everything into place, i feel better. i would love to vacuum the place but i don’t think my neighbours would appreciate the noise at 9.30pm. will leave that for another day.
