late last night, lying in bed i listened to the rain coming down outside, i felt the cool breeze coming in through the window tickle my feet. all was quiet. it is a great way to end a summers day. only one problem, it�s not summer like weather!!! what has happened to the summer? the beautiful golden colour the sun gave me in july has faded, weekend activities are now planned around breaks in weather. i�m wearing pyjamas to bed and using a comforter. i haven�t heard the clinkity clink of my fan yet. the winter will be with us soon enough and it will be long and cold. i can tolerate winter as long as i have had a proper summer � you know?
